Mack-Cali Realty is a self-administered real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns, develops, leases, and manages office and industrial buildings, primarily in the Northeast. The REIT's portfolio consists primarily of Class A office and office/flex buildings, but also includes industrial facilities, warehouses, stand-alone retail properties, and land for development. Its holdings comprise some 280 properties totaling more than 31.5 million sq. ft., concentrated in suburban markets in New Jersey, southern New York, and eastern Pennsylvania. Recently, Mack-Cali has been selling non-core office assets to fund its diversification into residential property.
